If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please do get in touch and we will be happy to help.

We want all of our customers to be happy, so please do tell us if anything is wrong with your order by emailing help@socksolutions.com.  Be sure to include your order number on the email and explain your issue.  Please do not attempt to return items until you have contacted us first.

Refunds and store credit are issued at our discretion and will only be offered once your items have been returned to us.  Refunds for undelivered orders will only be issued three weeks (21 days) after the expected delivery date has passed.

Any costs for sending items back to us will need to be paid by you and you must obtain a Proof of Postage receipt from the Post Office.  We cannot be held responsible for items that do not arrive with us.
